What are the most common complaints about BreathEaseX?

Our assessment: fair. Direct-response marketing across this entire category conditions people to expect fast results, and the slower components of this formula genuinely do not work that way. Hawthorn has historically been assessed at six to eight weeks. CoQ10 and L-carnitine build tissue levels gradually.
The mucolytic action of NAC is the exception and can produce noticeable change within one to two weeks, which is why morning clearing is usually the first thing people report.
What we do about it: we state three to six weeks throughout the site and we recommend against the thirty-day kit for exactly this reason. We would rather lose the sale than process the refund.
Complaint 2: the refund requires returning product at your own cost
The complaint: the guarantee is less frictionless than the marketing suggests. It requires requesting and receiving an RMA number within sixty days, returning product in good physical condition with all original accessories, and paying return shipping yourself, within fourteen days of receiving the RMA.
Our assessment: fair, and this is the criticism we take most seriously. Some competitors offer no-return refunds. This one does not, and a buyer discovering that after ordering has a legitimate grievance about how prominently it was disclosed.
The sixty days also run from purchase date rather than delivery date, which materially shortens the window for international orders.
What we do about it: we state the RMA requirement, the return shipping cost and the purchase-date start on the pricing page, the guarantee section, the refund policy and in reviews. It should be read before ordering. We have not changed the policy and we are not going to pretend it is something it is not.

Complaint 3: the two-bottle kit is poor value
The complaint: at $89 per bottle against $49 on the six-bottle kit, the starter option costs eighty-two percent more per bottle, charges shipping separately, and provides only thirty days.
Our assessment: entirely fair, and we agree. Thirty days is the refund minimum and barely reaches the window where change typically appears. Subtract shipping time and there is no margin.
What we do about it: we say so on the pricing page, the discount page and the price page. The only scenario where we would recommend it is checking tolerance before committing further.
Complaint 4: doses are not published on the website
The complaint: all nine actives are named individually, which is better than a proprietary blend, but the quantities are only on the bottle's supplement facts panel and not available before purchase. This prevents evaluating whether ingredients are present at researched doses.
Our assessment: fair. By our own published checklist for evaluating supplements, this is a gap. A buyer should be able to assess dose adequacy before spending money.
The related point raised by more technical readers is that a 30 ml spray delivering four sprays daily has a hard ceiling on total active quantity, likely below the doses used in much of the NAC respiratory literature. That is a genuine limitation of the delivery format and it is not something we can argue away.
What we do about it: we acknowledge it rather than deflecting. The supplement facts panel on the bottle is the authoritative document.
Complaint 5: two products means two routines
The complaint: a spray taken separately from capsules is more friction than a single daily pill, and the spray is the one people forget.
Our assessment: fair but structural. The two formats exist because the ingredients require them — manuka needs contact delivery, CoQ10 and carnitine need quantities a spray cannot carry. Combining them into one format would mean dropping ingredients.
What helps in practice: attaching each to an existing habit. Most long-term users report the spray goes with brushing teeth and the capsules go with breakfast, after which it stops requiring attention.
What we would say to a prospective buyer
If any of the five above is a dealbreaker for you, we would rather you know now. The refund friction in particular is worth deciding about before ordering rather than after.
